浅析舟山海鲜菜肴文本的英译策略

摘要 中国舟山的海鲜菜肴历史悠久,以其味香色美闻名中外。中式海鲜菜肴文本中更是充满了中国人的智慧和幽默。准确形象地把中国海鲜菜肴译成英语,可以让外国友人在品尝海鲜菜肴独特风味的同时,还能从菜名中了解舟山海鲜菜肴的烹调艺术和文化内涵。文章通过讨论海鲜菜肴烹饪方法翻译过程中的一些问题.探讨翻译方法在英译海鲜菜肴实践中的具体应用。 Fresh sea food cooking in Zhoushan, China has a long history and is famous all over the world for its rich flavor and delightful colorings. The texts of Chinese fresh sea food dishes are especially full of Chinese people' s intelligence and humor. It is very important to translate Chinese fresh sea food cuisine texts accurately and vividly so that foreign friends can understand the art and cultural connotation of the dishes names while tasting the unique flavor. This essay discusses some problems during the C-E translation practice so as to probe into the application of three basic kinds of translation methods (literal translation,free translation and transliteration) in fresh food cuisine translation.
