摘要
工作中有时需要批量填写各类表格,需要对某项工作快捷地设计出有效的解决方案,但工作人员缺乏专业的计算机编程技术。文章就是研究MicrosoftOffice中的Word、Excel和PowerPoint三款主流办公软件的组合使用,发挥各款软件的强项,以船员评估题卡管理系统设计为例提出一种办公自动化方案的设计思路。
Sometimes Office staffs need to fill in a batch of forms in daily work, and effective solutions should be quickly worked out. Meanwhile they are short of professional computer programming technique. To deal with these problems, the scheme of office automation system is presented and the Seafarers Assessment Cards Management System is taken as an example. The combination of the three main office software---Word, Excel and PowerPoint is expounded so as to give full play to each of them.
