浅谈事业单位绩效工资的实施利弊

摘要 近些年来,我国事业单位的绩效工资的实施工作或多或少的存在着这样那样的问题,本文中,笔者就对绩效工资的实施管理存在的问题进行分析,提出一些绩效工资的实施的对策和方法。
