我国中小企业逆向物流存在的问题及对策研究

On Existing Problems and Its Countermeasures of Reverse Logistics in the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in China

物流作为企业的第三方利润源泉，对于企业的发展具有举足轻重的作用。当前我国中小型企业已经通过自营或外包等形式推动“正向”物流体系的建设，但企业往往忽略了物流的另一个重要方面一“逆向”物流。本文在在对逆向物流现状进行分析的基础上，针对我国中小企业的具体情况，对我国中小企业在逆向物流方面的问题提出一些应畸策略。

Logistics as enterprise＇s the third party profit source plays vital role in developing enterprises. The small and medium-sized enterprises in our country have been promoting the construction of ＂ positive＂ logistics system through the proprietary or outsourcing forms, but some enterprises usually neglect another important aspect of＂ reverse ＂logistics. The author proposes countermeasures for the problems in the reverse logistics in small and medium-sized enterprises on the basis of analysing the specific situations in small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
