摘要
目的:探讨目标反馈带教模式的理论和方法在外科临床护理教学中的应用。方法:采用目标反馈带教模式,对实习护士进行为期4周的临床教学。从理论知识、操作技能、对教学的满意度等方面与改进前的传统教学方法的效果进行比较。结果:学生的专科理论和操作技能和对教学的满意度有很大的提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:目标反馈带教模式能有效地促进临床护理教学质量的提高,激发护生学习的主动性和积极性,为临床护理教学提供了良好的方法。
Objective To explore the effects of objective - feedback modes of theory and methods in surgical nursing teaching. Method Using the objectivefeedback modes, the practice nurse for a period of 4 weeks in clinical teaching. From the theoretical knowledge, operation skill, the teaching degree of satisfaction, and improved by traditional teaching method effect comparison. Results Application of objective - feedback modes, students' professional theory and skills examination score was significantly higher than that of before improvement, nursing students on teaching satisfaction increased, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Objective - feedback modes can effectively promote the surgical clinical care to improve the quality of teaching, to stimulate students' learning initiative and enthusiasm, improve nursing students on clinical teaching satisfaction.
