摘要
樊楼(又名丰乐楼等)是北宋都城开封最为知名的酒楼,其经营状况甚至得到了宋政府的高度重视。以往学界普遍认为,樊楼首次出现在史籍中的时间是在宋真宗大中祥符(1008—1016)年间,其实,在宋太祖开宝七年(974),樊楼就已经出现在宋朝的官方档案之中了。宋代的高官名流,甚至宋徽宗本人,常来樊楼饮酒作乐,使樊楼声名远扬。
The Fan Tower was a famous large restaurant in Kaifeng in the Northern Song Dynasty. The business circumstance of this restaurant was highly valued by the government. Its true construction era was different from the previous research. The Fan Tower enjoyed a brilliant popularity and later generations sing high praise of it.
