摘要
跨国并购是我国汽车企业"走出去"以获取核心技术的一条重要途径。我国汽车产业的跨国并购行为属于技术寻求型对外直接投资。通过跨国并购,我国企业可以学习先进技术,提高自主创新能力,提升我国汽车产业整体水平。
Cross - border mergers and acquisitions is an important way for China＇s automobile enterprises ＂going out＂ to get core technology. This paper analyzes the driving factors, basic characteristics, advantages of technology acquisition and risks of cross - border M＆A and thinks that cross - border M＆A in China＇s automobile industry is seeking technology of FDI and it can help enterprises in our country learn advanced techniques, improve the ability of independent innovation and raise the overall level of China＇s auto industry.
