摘要 目的探讨关节镜下使用Fast-Fix半月板缝合器治疗半月板损伤的疗效。方法回顾分析2008年9月~2010年9月采用关节镜下Fast-Fix半月板缝合器治疗半月板损伤共61例。采用Lysholm评分系统比较术前及术后膝关节功能。结果术后随访时间8~30个月,平均18个月,术后无血管、神经损伤及切口感染等并发症。Lysholm评分:术前(47.7±15.9)分,术后(83.7±12.4)分(P<0.001),优良率90.2%。结论关节镜下使用Fast-Fix半月板缝合器治疗半月板损伤创伤小、恢复快,是一种操作简便、安全有效的治疗方式。 [ Objective ] To investigate the effect of fast-fix suture device on repair of meniscus injury. [ Methods] From September 2008 to September 2010, the data of 61 patients with meniscus injury treated by fast-fix arthroscopic meniscal repair systems were evaluated by Lysholm scoring system. [ Results ] Patients were followed up for 8 to 30 months, with an average of 18 months, and there were no complications like blood vessels or nerve injury and wound infection. Lysholm score was improved from (47.7±15.9) points preoperative to (83.7±12.4) postoperative (P 〈0.001), and the good rate was 90.2%. [ Conclusion ] Arthroseopie meniseal repair using fast-fix system is an efficient and safe treatment, and it can provide good clinical outcome.
