摘要
早期准确地评估肿瘤患者的淋巴结及难以解释的淋巴结病变,对选择合适的治疗计划及预后的判断至关重要。目前,淋巴结大小仍然是区别转移性和非转移性淋巴结的最常用的指标,但是其准确性不高,为了提高对淋巴结良恶性病变评估的准确性,需要找到一种新的显像方法,它并不仅仅局限于对淋巴结解剖上的评估,还可以在细胞水平对淋巴结生理和生化过程进行直观和定量评估。不同的影像学方法在评价局部淋巴结时具有各自的特点,随着分子影像学的发展,功能成像技术在淋巴结诊断方面占据着越来越重要的地位。该文旨在对诊断淋巴结转移的各种影像学技术做一综述。
Early and accurate evaluate the patients" lymph nodes and the unexplained lymphadenopathy are crucial to select the proper treatment plan and dpredicting prognosis. Although size measure- ments are still the most widely used method for discriminating malignant from non-malignant lymph nodes, it possesses a low accuracy. In order to increase the accuracy of evaluate the malignant and benign lymph nodes, it is necessary to find a new imaging method which is not just evaluate the anatomical structures of the lymph node, but also allow visualization and quantification of physiological and biochemical processes at the cellular level. Every imaging technique has its own characteristic to evaluate local lymph nodes, with the persistent development of molecular imaging, functional imaging technique has played a more and more important role in the diagnosis of lymph nodes. This article mainly reviewed and discussed imaging techniques in the evaluation of lvmoh nodes.
