儿童干眼与过敏性结膜炎临床分析

Primary survey of dry eye in children and allergic conjunctivitis

目的 探讨儿童干眼的临床特点及与过敏性结膜炎的关系.方法 收集2009年11月至2010年10月诊治的105例（210只眼）儿童干眼患者的资料,分析病史、症状、基础泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间、过敏原检查结果.结果 （1）症状：儿童干眼患者中主要症状为瞬目次数增加95例（90.48％）,眼红43例（40.95％）,干涩38例（36.19％）,眼痒24例（22.86％）,以及分泌物增多,异物感,眼痛等.（2）干眼检查：基础泪液分泌结果为右眼（10.81±8.36） mm/5min,左眼（10.85±7.50） mm/5min,泪膜破裂时间为右眼（4.33±2.15）s,左眼（4.52±2.23）s,泪液分泌量与泪膜破裂时间二者无相关性.（3）过敏原检查：89例（84.76％）过敏原检查阳性,过敏原中植物花粉和尘螨尘土类居多,其次是多价兽毛,再次是霉类.结论 过敏性结膜炎是引起儿童干眼的主要原因,其主要症状为瞬目次数增加.

Objective To study the clinical characteristics of dry eye in children and the relationship with allergic conjunctivitis. Methods A total of 105 children patients with dry eyes were enrolled from November 2009 to October 2010.Case history,symptoms,dry eye examinations and inhaled allergen test results were analyzed. Results Symptoms：frequent blinking was the most common symptom （95 cases,90.48%）,followed by redness （43 cases,40.95%）,dryness （38 cases,36.19%）,eye itching （24 cases,22.86%）,increased secretion,foreign body sensation,pain and others.Dry eye examinations：Schirmer Ⅰ test：R 10.81±8.36mm/5min,L 10.85±7.50mm/5min,BUT：R 4.33±2.15s,L 4.52±2.23s,both unrelated.Allergen test：89 cases （84.76%） allergens test results were positive.Plants pollen and dust mites dust were the majority,followed by fur and mold. Conclusions Allergic conjunctivitis is the main cause of dry eyes in children,whose main symptom is frequent blinking.
