鼻内镜下泪囊造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎32例手术体会

Clinical experience of 32 cases of dacryocystostomy under intranasal endoscopy for chronic dacryocystitis therapy

目的 观察鼻内镜下泪囊造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效.方法 将确诊的慢性泪囊炎患者32例（34只眼）,采取鼻内镜下泪囊造口术的手术方法治疗.结果 治疗后,32例（34只眼）症状全部消失,冲洗泪道通畅,无分泌物返流；况且皮肤面无任何瘢痕,不影响患者美容.结论 采取鼻内镜下泪囊造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎是一种创伤小、效果好、手术安全且不影响患者美容的新方法.

Objective To observe the effect of dacryocystostomy under intranasal endoscopy with chronic dacryocystitis. Methods Thirty-two patients （34 eyes） with chronic dacryocystitis were treated by dacryocystostomy under intranasal endoscopy. Results After treatment,the 34eyes were cured,had no symptoms and reflux during lacrimal passage irrigation.Moreover,the skin had no any scar and it would not affect patients＇ beauty. Conclusions The technique of dacryocystostomy under intranasal endoscopy is safe,effective,minimum invasive and does not affect patients＇ beauty.
