引起瘙痒的非组胺因素 被引量:6

摘要 在一些慢性皮肤病及慢性系统性疾病的瘙痒机制中非组胺因素起着重要作用,这些因素包括上皮屏障的破坏、神经精神因素、神经肽(P物质、降钙素基因相关肽、血管活性肠肽等)、阿片肽、神经生长因子、蛋白酶、前列腺素、白介素等介质以及激素和离子水平等共同参与,机制复杂,这与临床上单独使用抗组胺药不能有效缓解该类瘙痒是相符的。概述引起瘙痒的非组胺因素,可以为更有效地治疗瘙痒提供信息。 Histamine-independent pathways play an important role in the pathogenesis of pruritus in some chronic dermatoses and systemic diseases. These factors include the destruction of epidermal barrier, neuropsychic factors, neuropeptides (P substance, ealcitonin gene-related peptides, vasoactive intestinal peptides, et al), opioid peptides, nerve growth factors, proteases, prostaglandin, interleukins, hormones, ions, and so on. These mechanisms may partly explain the fact that pruritus can not be relieved by only antihistamines in clinic. This review outlines the histamine-independent mechanisms of psoriasis, which may provide useful information for the effective control of osoriasis.
