铝活塞低压铸造用钛酸铝与无机聚合物复合冒口的研制

摘要 采用低膨胀的耐高温钛酸铝陶瓷作为复合冒口的内衬,以无机聚合物陶瓷材料作为复合冒口保温外层,采用适当的复合工艺制成陶瓷复合冒口。这种冒口具有很好的抗热震性及合适的保温效果,已在使用中显示出性能优异,完全满足铝合金活塞低压铸造工艺要求。 Ceramic composite riser is made through proper composite technology,using aluminium titanate as inner lining of the riser which is of low expansion and high temperature resistance,and ceramic material and inorganic polymer as external insulation of the riser.This kind of riser has excellent thermal shock resistance and good insulating effect.It has showed excellent performance in use and can totally meet low-pressure casting requirements of Al-alloy piston.It has broad application prospects.
