基于ProCAST的铝合金轮毂生产工艺研究

Production process of Alloy wheels Based on ProCAST

ZL101铝合金踏板车轮毂,采用金属型铸造工艺,通过ProCAST对其凝固温度场的分析。根据分析结果,设计了带过滤网缓流式中心浇注系统,缩颈明冒口补缩轮辋,成功生产出合格铸件。

The scooter wheel of ZL101,using metal casting process,its temperature field was analyzed by ProCAST.According to the analysis results,the center gating system with the type of filter net was designed,using necking riser to feed the rim,qualified castings were successfully made.
