摘要
分析某柴油轿车铝合金汽缸盖的结构特点及其铸造工艺上的技术难点,提出了采用倾转方式金属型重力浇注工艺:汽缸盖浇注位置为下平面朝下摆放,铝液的浇注温度(710±10)℃,底模温度250℃,侧模温度300℃,浇注时间为10~15 s.生产实践表明,工艺方案设计成功,模具设计合理,产品合格率高.
The structure characteristics of aluminum alloy cylinder head of diesel cars and the difficulties technical on casting process were analysized,the design scheme of the casting process for the aluminum alloy cylinder head of the diesel cars was put forward,that is to use the converter-type of the metallic gravity casting process,to select the casting position of the next plane downward,and the pouring temperature of(710±10)℃,the bottom-formwork temperature of 250 ℃,the side mould temperature of is 300 ℃,casting time for 10 to 15 s.The production practice shows that the process design is successful,the mould design is reasonable,and the product percent of pass is high.
