摘要 随着软硬件的不断完善，MSCT越来越多地应用于非侵袭性血管检查中，尤其是64层CT在冠状动脉成像中的广泛应用，由于其较高的准确性，得到了临床医师的认可，在评价冠心病中发挥着重要作用。CT冠状动脉成像（CTCA）使用前瞻性心电门控可以减低辐射剂量，
