小鼠心肌梗死模型MR成像进展
摘要
心肌梗死（myocardial infarction，MI）及其并发症是引起人类死亡的主要病因之一，也一直是心血管领域的研究热点。小鼠与人类基因组高度同源，且是最早实现基因敲除与转基因技术的动物，被广泛用于生物医药研究。
