放射状角膜切开术后远视漂移患者行屈光性晶状体手术一例 被引量：1

摘要 病例特点：患者，男，51岁，19年前曾于外院行“双眼放射状角膜切开术（radialkeratotomy，RK）”，术后早期自觉远近视力均较满意。2010年2月因“双眼视近物不清10余年”至我院就诊，入院全身检查无异常，眼部检查：右眼裸眼远视力：0.3，矫正视力：0．8（＋3．50＋1．50×160），左眼裸眼远视力：
