摘要
目的:为探讨血竭治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的机理。方法:采用低、中、高不同浓度的血竭溶液灌胃治疗葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS)诱导UC大鼠各12只,并与空白组、生理盐水灌胃对照组各12只相对照。结果:治疗组大鼠疾病活动度、病理损害、血浆中P-选择素、TXB2、β-TG含量均比对照组低,有统计学意义(p<0.05),低、中、高浓度各治疗组间比较无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论:血竭在一定程度上可以抑制血小板的活化,降低血浆P-选择素、TXB2、β-TG的表达水平,是其治疗UC的机制之一。
Objective:To explore the mechanism of sanguis draxconis in the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods: Low, middle, and high concentrations of sanguis dxaxconis solution were used to fill the stomachs of UC rats which were induced by dextran sodium sulfate (DSS). Each group of 12 rats, with the blank group used as a control group,had their stomachs filled with the physio- logical saline. Each group of 12 rats were then compared. Results:The disease activity,the pathology harm,the P-selection,TXB2 and theβ-TG content in the bloodplasma of the rats in the treatment groups was lower than the control group, it had a statistical significance (p 〈 0. 05 ), but the Low, middle, and high concentrations of the various treatment groups showed no statistical significance (p 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion : The use of sanguis draxconis to a certain extent can inhibit platelet activation, and reduce plasma levels of expression of P-selection,TXB2 and β-TG , It is one of the mechanism for sanguis draxconis treatment of ulcerative colitis.
