胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Insulin Pump in the Therapy of Patients with Type Ⅱ Diabetes

目的:观察短期胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:将52例2型糖尿病患者随机分成两组:持续皮下输注胰岛素(CSⅡ)即胰岛素泵组和每天多次胰岛素皮下注射(MSⅡ)组,观察两组的空腹和餐后血糖、血糖达标所需时间、胰岛素用量及低血糖事件。结果:CSⅡ组血糖达标所需时间、胰岛素用量和低血糖发生次数都显著低于MSⅡ组(p<0.05)。结论:CSⅡ不仅能快速平稳地控制血糖,而且需要的胰岛素用量相对较少,低血糖发生率相对较低。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of intensive insulin pump therapy of patients with type II diabetes in the short term. Methods： There were 52 patients with type II diabetes who were randomly divided into two groups： the therapy group of 26 cases treated with insulin pump （ CS Ⅱ ） , and the control group of 26 cases using the traditional method of multiple subcutaneous insulin infusion （ MS Ⅱ ）. The fasting blood sugar , the postprandial blood glucose, the required lime of blood sugar to reach the standard, dosage of insulin, and hypoglycemia occurrence times were evaluated in the patients of each of the two groups. Results： Compared with the con- trol group, the time of blood sugar reach the standard, dosage of insulin, and hypoglycemia occurrence times in the CS Ⅱ group were significantly decreased （p 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The CS Ⅱ can control blood glucose quickly and smoothly, decrease the dosage of insulin, and reduce the probability of hypoglycemia occurrence.
