原发性膀胱类癌1例报告并文献复习

One Case Report of the Primary Urinary Bladder Carcinoid Tumor and Literature Review

目的:探讨原发性膀胱类癌的临床、影像表现及病理特征。方法:回顾分析1例原发性膀胱类癌并复习文献予以讨论。结果:病理和免疫组化检查诊断为膀胱类癌。结论:原发性膀胱类癌发病率低,无明显特征性临床表现,确诊需靠组织病理学及免疫组织化学检查。

Objective：To study the clinical, pathological characteristics of the carcinoid tumor of the primary urinary bladder. Meth- ods： One case of the careinoid tumor of the primary urinary bladder was retrospectively analysed. Results： The patient was diagnosed as carcinoid tumor of the urinary bladder by pathologic and immuno-histochemical tests. Conelusion：Carcinoid tumor of the urinary blad- der is uncommon. It has no specific clinic symptoms, the diagnosis depends on histo-pathologieal and immunohistochemical tests.
