急诊室程序性工作与患者情绪反应的关系

摘要 目的:研究急诊室程序性工作数量和时间对患者情绪反应的关系。方法:记录急诊室程序性工作的数量和医生在完成这些程序性工作时花费的时间,观察并比较各患者在等待医生完成程序性工作时的情绪反应变化。结果:随着程序性工作的增加,完成这些程序性工作的时间增加,患者的情绪反应变得强烈。结论:在保证如实、全面完成对患者的病情记录的基础上,尽量减少急诊室程序性工作数量和时间,能缓和患者的情绪反应,可能减少医患纠纷。 Objective:To study the relationship between emergency room procedures and the emotional responses in patients. Methods: A record of the number of emergency room procedures work and the time it took were correlated with the observe changes in emotional responses in patients during their waiting times. Results: With the increases of emergency room procedures work, the time it took increased, and the patient's adverse emotional reaction to become stronger. Conclusion: On the basis of ensuring the accurate and full completion of the records, minimization of the number of emergency room procedures, and their time can ease the emotional re- sponse of patients and may reduce patient disputes.
