摘要 本文对前人关于突触可塑性的实验及理论进行了归纳和整理,包括两种表现形式,即结构上的修饰和功能上的修饰,而其中最重要和研究最多的是突触传递的长时程增强(LTP)。并对突触可塑性与学习记忆关系,特别是LTP与学习记忆的关系进行详细研究。研究表明,正如多数学者所认为的那样,突触可塑性可能是学习记忆的分子细胞层面的神经学基础。 The experiments and theories of synaptic plasticity are summed up and reviewed in this paper, which can be divided into modification of structure and function and long-term potentiation (LTP) ,which is the most important one and studied in detail. The relationship between synaptic plasticity, and learning, and memory, especially the relationship between LTP, and learning, and memory is studied in detail. The research conclusions indicate that synaptic plasticity is probably the molecular and cellular foundation of learning and memory as supported by most scholars.
