一种新布尼亚病毒快速检测方法的建立及应用 被引量:12

摘要 近年来,我国多地相继出现一种以发热伴血小板减少为主要症状的传染性疾病。患者以中老年人为主,多生活在山地或丘陵地区的农村。该病传播途径尚不清楚,部分患者有蜱虫叮咬史。该病的其他症状有胃肠不适、纳差厌食、恶心、腹泻、疲劳乏力、相对缓脉等,实验室检查白细胞减少和酶学改变等,后者包括丙氨酸转氨酶(alaninetransaminase,
