口服降糖药联合甘精胰岛素治疗对人胰岛素及门冬胰岛素过敏的酮症酸中毒并急性肾功能衰竭一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者，女，58岁，因“血糖升高10年．恶心呕吐6d，少尿3d”于2010年1月20日入院。2000年患者在当地医院发现血糖增高，诊为2型糖球病，服用消渴丸等降糖药治疗，血糖控制不佳。2008年现现视物不清，当地医院诊为糖尿病视网膜病变。
