摘要
目的:探讨老年血压变异与心脑血管疾病的关系。方法:128例非高血压老年人群分为2组,有心脑血管疾病组68例和无心脑血管疾病组60例进行24 h动态血压监测(ABPM),分析其24 h、白昼及夜间收缩压变异(BPvs)与舒张压变异(BPvd)。结果:心脑血管疾病组24 h收缩压变异标准差(24 h SsD)、24 h舒张压变异标准差(24 h DsD)、白天收缩压变异标准差(dssD)、白天舒张压变异标准差(dDsD),夜间收缩压变异标准差(nSsD)、夜间舒张压变异标准差(nDsD)变异例数与无心脑血管疾病组比较有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。比较这些参数,发现有心脑血管疾病组24 h血压变异显著大于白昼血压变异,白昼血压变异大于夜间血压变异,收缩压变异显著大于舒张压变异。结论:血压变异与非高血压老年人心脑血管疾病有关,可作为预测非高血压老年人心血管疾病患病及预后的独立危险因子。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between blood pressure variation and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases of the aged people.Methods: A total of 128 non-hypertensive aged patients were divided into two groups,68 pateints in the first group had cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and 60 patients in the second group had no such diseases.The day and night systolic blood pressure variation(BPvs) and diastolic blood pressure variability(BPvd) were examined by 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM).Results: The 24hSsD,24hDsD,dssD,dDsD,nSsD,and nDsD in the first group were significantly different with those of the second group(P0.05,P0.01).The 24-hour blood pressure variability in the first group was greater than the daytime,daytime blood pressure variability was greater than the night.The systolic blood pressure variation was greater than the diastolic.Conclusion: Blood pressure variability can be used as an independent risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases of the aged without hypertension.
