自动痔疮套扎术加硬化剂注射术治疗轻中度内痔的临床观察

Therapeutical effect of RPH plus injection of sclerosing agent for the treatment of mild-moderate hemorrhoids

目的:观察自动痔疮套扎术(automatic ligation of hemorrhoids,RPH)加硬化剂注射术(injection of sclerosed agent)治疗轻中度内痔的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析自动痔疮套扎术加硬化剂注射术治疗73例轻中度内痔患者的临床资料,观察手术疗效、并发症和患者满意度。结果:平均手术时间12 min,术后全部患者有不同程度好转,随访6个月无严重并发症,总治愈率91.8%,总有效率100%。结论:自动痔疮套扎术加硬化剂注射术对轻中度内痔具有显著疗效,且无需麻醉和住院,操作简便、痛苦小、恢复快、并发症少等优点。

Objective：To evaluate the curative effect of automatic ligation of hemorrhoids（RPH） plus injection of sclerosing agent in treating mild-moderate hemorrhoids.Methods： The clinical material of 73 cases of mild-moderate hemorrhoids were analyzed retrospectively.The curative effects,complications and satisfaction degree of patients were observed.Results： The average operation duration was 12 minutes.All symptoms of mild-moderate hemorrhoids were improved.The patients were followed up for 6 months and no complications were found.The recovery rate was 91.8%,and the effective rate was 100%.Conclusion：Automatic ligation of hemorrhoids plus injection of sclerosing agent is efficacious for hemorrhoids and no need of anesthesia and hospitalization.The procedure is simple and painless without any complications.
