摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT在腰椎小关节退行性变中的应用。方法回顾总结分析100例椎小关节退行性病变的CT表现。结果小关节病的主要CT表现为骨赘形成、关节突增生肥大、骨质硬化、关节间隙变窄、关节面破坏、关节囊钙化、关节腔积气、关节半脱位以及侧隐窝和椎间孔狭窄等征象。结论多层螺旋CT(MSCT)、多平面重建(MPR)技术可充分显示椎小关节的解剖结构和病理改变,为椎小关节病的诊断提供充分影像学依据。
Objective To explore the spiral CT in the lumbar degenerative joint disease in the application.Method Analysis of 100 cases were reviewed in vertebral joint degeneration of the CT findings.Results small joints of the main CT findings：small facet proliferation of mast,the joint space is narrow and joint surface destruction,joint capsule calcification,bone cavity plot with gas or joint subluxation,as well as lateral recess and signs of intervertebral foramen narrow,etc.Conclusion The spiral CT（MPR） technology can fully show the vertebral joint anatomy and pathology,for the joint disease diagnosis based on the full image.
