原发性腹膜后良性肿瘤的CT诊断价值

CT Diagnosis of Primary Benign Retroperitoneal Tumors

目的评价CT对原发性腹膜后良性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的25例原发性腹膜后肿瘤的CT表现。全部行CT平扫及增强扫描。25例均经工作站行多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP),10例行三维重建(3D)。结果神经组织源性肿瘤13例,间叶组织源性肿瘤6例,胚胎残余组织源性肿瘤3例,其它类型肿瘤3例。CT定位诊断正确率为80%(20/25),良恶性诊断正确率为76%(19/25)。结论 CT检查对原发性腹膜后良性肿瘤的定位、定性诊断,特别是区分良恶性病变方面具有较高价值。

Objective To evaluate the CT diagnostic value of primary benign retroperitoneal tumors.Methods The CT findings of 25 cases of primary benign retroperitoneal tumors proved by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.All cases were performed by CT plain and enhanced scanning and were managed with MPR and MIP reconstruction,10 cases with 3-D reconstruction in workstation.Results 13 were neurogenic tumors,6 were mesenchymal tumors,3 were rudimental embryonal tumors and 3 were other types.The accuracy in localization and nature of benignity or malignancy was 80%（20/25） and 76%（19/25） respectively.Conclusion The CT scan has significant value in localizable and qualitative diagnosis,especially in differentiating diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions of primary benign retroperitoneal tumors.
