摘要
目的考察各种体型参数与腹部CT图像质量的关系。方法选取符合标准的50名成人进行腹部CT检查,设计不同管电流-时间乘积(mAs)扫描(50、100、150、200、250、300mAs),规范其它扫描参数和图像滤波条件,同时记录患者体重、身高、腹围数据,测量CT图像L1椎弓根水平横断面的面积、前后径、左右径和周径数值,考察各种体型参数与图像质量之间的关系。结果各体型参数与图像噪声的相关系数分别是:0.713(体重)、0.388(身高)、0.687(体重身高比)、0.685(体表面积)、0.767(横断面左右径)、0.803(横断面面积)、0.765(横断面前后径)、0.739(横断面周径)。实际腹围测量与横断面周径之间比较无显著统计学差异(P=0.412)。结论体型参数与图像噪声的相关性很高,腹围可以作为调节成人腹部CT扫描参数的选择。
Objective To investigate the relationships between several body size parameters and the image quality.Methods 50 adults who performed abdominal CT were selected,received scanning with different tube current-time product setting(50,100,150,200,250,300) but fixing another exposure parameters and condition of image filter.At the same time,weight,height,abdomen circumference were recoded;area,sagittal and coronal diameter,circumference of the cross-section of the L1 lateral neck of vertebra were measured.Finally,the relationship between body size parameters and image quality were investigated,and extracted some parameters which were convenient and easy to manipulate and with a certain correlation.Results The correlation coefficient between the CT image quality and the weight was 0.713,the height was 0.388,the ratio of weight and height was 0.687,the body surface area 0.685,the coronal diameter 0.767,the area of the cross-section 0.803,the sagittal diameter 0.765,and the circumference 0.739,respectively.There were no statistical difference between the cross-section circumference in the image and the abdominal circumference(P=0.412).Conclusion The relationship of all the body size parameters and the image quality is very high,the circumference of abdomen can be used as a parameter adjusting the scanning parameters in abdominal CT adults.
