老年人巨大大肠息肉351例内镜诊疗体会

摘要
大肠是消化道息肉的最常见发生部位，由于我国目前尚不能把消化道内镜检查作为常规的体检项目，很多患者，尤其是老年患者（大于60周岁）的大肠息肉在被检出时已经发展为巨大息肉（直径〉2cm）。现对老年人巨大大肠息肉的临床特点和内镜下诊疗进行分析，报道如下。
