脑膜黑色素细胞瘤1例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男性,27岁。无明显诱因出现复视3天,恶心、呕吐半天。查体：患者单侧视物清晰,复视状态。MRI示左额叶有一7 cm×6 cm×5.4 cm大小的占位性病变,略呈分叶状,T1WI呈高信号,T2WI呈低、稍低信号（图1）,
