Cryotop玻璃化冷冻人类卵裂期胚胎的临床应用

Application of Cryotop vitrification for human day 3 cleavage embryos

目的探讨玻璃化冷冻技术在人类卵裂期胚胎冷冻中的应用效果。方法将接受体外受精-胚胎移植的患者第3天移植后剩余的胚胎进行Cryotop玻璃化冷冻保存,液氮下储存3个月后,根据患者情况复苏胚胎,观察胚胎复苏后的临床妊娠效果。结果玻璃化冷冻复苏55个周期共172个胚胎,存活144个(83.7%)。移植54个周期共133个胚胎,临床妊娠24个周期(44.4%)。其中,3例流产(12.5%),5例足月分娩10个正常新生儿,19例继续妊娠。结论 Cryotop玻璃化冷冻法适于人类早期胚胎的冷冻保存,获得了理想的复苏率、妊娠率和种植率。

Objective To investigate the clinical outcomes of human cleavage IVF embyros vitrified by Cryotop tools. Methods After embryo transferred in IVF cycles, surplus day 3 embryos were vitrified using Cryotop tools. Subsequently, embryos loaded were plunged into liquid nitrogen and stored for three months. The recovery and survival of the embryos after thawing and the clinical pregnancy were observed. Results Of 172 embryos vitrified from 55 patients, 144（83.7%） survived after thawing. A total of 133 cleavage embryo,s was transferred for 54 women, of whom 24 patients （44.4%） got clinically pregnant. Three of the ~ pregnancies （12. 5 %） resulted in miscarriage. Five pregnant women delivered 10 healthy babies and the other 19 pregnancies are ongoing. Conclusion Crvotot~ vitrification works effecientlv for human day 3 IVF cleavage embryos.
