氧化亚氮/氧气吸入镇静技术在龈下刮治术中的无痛效果研究 被引量：4

摘要 目的研究氧化亚氮/氧气吸入镇静技术(nitrous oxide/oxygen inhalation sedation,IHS)在牙周炎龈下刮治术中的无痛效果,为其临床广泛应用提供依据。方法将80例中、重度牙周炎患者随机分为A、B、C、D 4组,每组20例(A:电子镇痛仪组;B:IHS组;C:IHS+电子镇痛仪组;D:常规组),记录4组患者术前及术中的心率(HR)、血压(BP)和血氧饱和度(SpO2),并观察其镇静程度(Ramsay评分)和疼痛程度(VAS评分)。结果 A、B、C三组HR、BP、VAS指数与D组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),B、C两组与A组比较同样有统计学差异(P<0.05),而B、C两组则无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 IHS技术在龈下刮治术中镇静、镇痛效果良好,明显优于电子镇痛仪,可以最大程度达到"无痛"效果,值得临床推广。
