摘要
结合塑性屈曲理论,对挤压成形屈曲产生机理进行了研究;以临界应力估算式作为屈曲载荷的判定公式,提出了挤出型材稳定的条件。型材的壁厚越大,型材壁面的宽度越小时,对应壁面的稳定临界载荷越大。
Combined with plastic buckling theory,the mechanism of buckling in the extrusion forming process was further studied;using the critical stress estimating formulas as criterion equations of buckling load,extrusion stability conditions were present.It can be found that the larger the wall thickness is and the smaller the width of the surface is,the larger the stable critical load is.
