半固态镁合金挤压铸造工艺模拟分析及优化 被引量:4

摘要 采用ProCAST软件,对半固态镁合金电机部件的挤压铸造过程进行模拟。分析了半固态挤压铸造的浇注速度(注射速度)、浇注温度和模具冷却条件等参数对半固态挤压铸造充型及凝固的影响。结果表明,浇注速度、浇注温度和冷却条件对半固态挤压铸造的充填和凝固有显著影响。通过优化,采用适当的浇注速度、浇注温度和冷却条件,可保证挤压铸造充型过程的平稳充填,减少卷气和缩松等缺陷。 ProCAST software was employed to simulate the semi-solid magnesium alloy die casting process.The influences of molten metal injection speed,molten metal temperature and cooling conditions of the die on the filling and solidification of semi-solid die casting were investigated.The simulating results demonstrate that the injection speed,injection temperature and cooling conditions of the die have effects on the semi-solid die casting.The optimized parameters for squeezed casting process can contribute to the mold filling steadily,and thus reducing gas involved and the formation of shrinkage porosity.
