摘要
36×117型磁选机轴承端盘在生产中主要用来密封。原来的铸件生产采用砂型造型工艺,但工艺上的缺陷导致产品的合格率低,密度差,且存在气孔质量缺陷。经过技术攻关,变原来的砂型造型为砂型、金属型混合造型。造型工艺改进后,产品合格率大幅度提升,气孔质量缺陷得以改善,确保了产品的工期及后续加工。
36×117-type magnetic separators bearing end plates are mainly used in the production of seals.Original casting is used in sand molding process,but the defects on the process leads to worse product qualified rate and density,with holes quality defects.Through technical researching,sand modeling is changed to metal hybrid modeling.After molding process improving,the rate of qualified products,stoma quality are enhanced and improved,ensuring the product of duration and follow-up processing qualified.
