摘要
根据汽车车顶天窗翻边成形过程中出现的回弹缺陷,采用有限元法研究天窗翻边的回弹。在分析各种因素与表面缺陷关系的基础上,对某型汽车车顶天窗零件翻边工艺进行对比分析研究,获得了汽车车顶天窗翻边回弹的补偿规律。为汽车车顶天窗模具设计提供理论依据。
Based on the springback defects appearing on the car sunroof skylight flanging forming process,FEM model method was used to study the relative reasons.Based on the analysis of the relation between all factors and surface defects,comparatively analyzing a certain type car sunroof skylight parts flanging process,the springback compensation law was proposed,which provides theoretical basis for the car roof skylights mold design.
