圆柱螺旋齿轮温精密成形的三维热力耦合温度场有限元分析 被引量:7

摘要 利用三维造型软件Pro/EngineerWildfire对圆柱螺旋齿轮及其成形模具进行三维建模;采用三维热力耦合有限元数值模拟技术,使用有限元数值模拟软件Deform-3D对圆柱螺旋齿轮的温精密成形过程进行了三维刚粘塑性有限元数值模拟,分析了齿轮在温精密成形过程中温度场的分布情况,得到了齿轮温度场分布的规律,为圆柱螺旋齿轮温精密成形技术在工业生产中的应用提供了有效参考。 Three dimensional(3D) models of the helical gear and its forming mould were created by three dimensional modeling software Pro/Engineer Wildfire.The warm precision forming process of the helical gear was simulated by using the three dimensional coupled thermo-mechanical analysis method of rigid visco-plastic finite element(FE) under the Deform-3D environment.The temperature field in warm precision forming process of the helical gear was analyzed and the distribution of the temperature field was achieved.The temperature field obtained by FE method can provided effective reference for the application of warm precision forging technology for the helical gear in production.
