摘要
基于有限元仿真软件DYNAFORM,以异种材料相等厚度的拼焊板成形某汽车流水槽本体为对象,建立了有限元仿真模型,对该零件的拉延过程进行模拟,研究不同压边力及几种典型变压边力对冲压成形性能的影响。结果表明,压边力对零件拉延成形过程中起皱和拉裂等缺陷的产生有很大影响,适当的压边力能有效抑制各种缺陷的产生。
Based on finite element simulation software DYNAFORN,the finite element model was established to simulate the drawing process of flow sink for finding the relations between blank holder force and the formability of the tailor-welded blank.The flow sink of auto body was designed by tailor welded blank of different materials and same thickness.The simulation results show the blank holder force has great impacts on the formability of tailor-welded blank,and the defects,such as wrinkling and fractures which can be solved by setting appropriate blank holder force.
