摘要
从1100铝合金的不同状态,分析了该材料的力学性能与金相组织,以及电容器外壳失效的原因。结果表明,改进冷挤工艺,提高胚料退火有效性,可减少品质不良与模具的非正常失效。
From different states of 1100 Al alloy,the mechanical properties and metallographic structures were analyzed.The root bad reasons were researched.The research show that improving the cold extrusion process,the billet annealing effectiveness elevates,which can reduce the poor quality and normal failure of non-reducing mold.
