摘要 针对旋转电弧窄间隙MAG焊多层单道焊时坡口变化平缓,传统电弧传感方法灵敏度下降的缺点,提出了1种新的电弧传感偏差提取算法.对通过实验获取的U形底对接坡口不同焊缝偏差下的电弧信号进行分析,得出偏差的大小和方向与1个旋转周期内电流极值的数目和分布有很好的对应性,并通过Matlab仿真进一步验证上述关系的合理性和可靠性.由此,提出了1种基于电流极值数目和分布的焊缝偏差提取算法.该算法仅与极值分布和大体位置有关,克服了坡口加工误差或坡口变化变缓所带来的不利影响. For multi-layer single pass welding of narrow gap rotating arc MAG welding,to overcome the sensitivity reducing problem of the traditional arc sensor seam as the groove changed slow,a new type of arc sensor welding deviation extraction algorithm was put forward.At first,the characters of welding current wave under different welding deviations of U-type groove butt welding were analyzed,and it showed that there were relations between the extreme values′ distribution and the welding deviation.Then,this relation′s rationality and reliability were verified by Matlab simulation and programming.Therefore,considering of the characteristics of welding and algorithm′s reliability,a welding seam tracking algorithm was put forward based on the number and distribution of welding current′s extreme.The algorithm only concerns with the extreme values′ distribution and can overcome the adverse effects of groove′s processing errors or soft change.
