变应性鼻炎患者血清中白细胞介素17和白细胞介素27水平分析及临床意义

Levels and clinical significance of interleukin-17 and interleukin-27 in serum of patients with allergic rhinitis

目的探讨白细胞介素17(interleukin-17,IL-17)和IL-27在变应性鼻炎(AR)发病机制中的作用及其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测AR患者外周血中IL-17和IL-27蛋白水平,并分析其与疾病严重程度的相关性。结果与对照组相比,持续性AR患者IL-17蛋白水平升高(t=-5.654,P<0.01),IL-27蛋白水平降低(Z=4.944,P<0.01),IL-27蛋白水平在对照组、轻度持续性AR组、中重度持续性AR组比较,P均<0.05。IL-17与IL-27在持续性AR患者血清中的水平呈负相关(r=-0.405,P=0.022)。结论 IL-17、IL-27在AR的发生发展中起到一定的作用,其免疫治疗可能成为AR临床治疗的新靶点。

OBJECTIVE To explore the role of IL-17 and IL-27 in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis and their clinical significance.METHODS The protein level of IL-17 and IL-27 in serum of patients with allergic rhinitis were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） and their correlation with the severity of disease was analyzed.RESULTS Compared with the control group,the protein level of IL-17 in serum of patients with persistent AR was significantly increased （r=-5.654,P〈0.01）,and the protein level of IL-27 was significantly decreased（Z=-4.944,P〈0.01）.There were significant difference of IL-27 levels among control group and patients with mild,moderate or severe persistent AR （P〈0.05）.There was a negative correlation between the serum levels of IL-17 and IL-27 in patients with persistent AR（r=-0.405,P=0.022）.CONCLUSION IL-17 and IL-27 may play a role in the pathogenesis of AR.Relative immune therapy may become a new target of clinical treatment of AR.
