鼓室注射曲安奈德治疗突发性聋疗效分析 被引量：7

摘要 突发性聋（sudden deafness,SD）是一种病因复杂且不完全清楚的感音神经性聋,在数小时或几天内听力下降至最低点,发病率很高,是耳科急症之一。SD的治疗方法较多,类固醇激素的治疗作用已经得到认可,基本上成为一种常规用药。我科对45耳患者应用鼓室注射曲安奈德治疗突发性聋,取得良好效果。
