摘要
目的研究短期营养不良对雌性小白鼠生殖能力的影响。方法将40只10周龄雌性小白鼠随机均分为研究组及对照组。研究组取卵前36 h仅供给饮水;对照组正常饮食。采用体外受精(IVF)的方法,观察两组小鼠的获卵数、卵母细胞成熟度及卵裂率,取卵前检测两组小鼠卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)以及雌二醇(E_2)水平。结果研究组雌鼠平均获卵数(2.80±1.24),对照组雌鼠平均获卵数(4.00±1.17);卵母细胞第一极体排出率及卵裂率研究组分别为12.5%、14.3%,对照组分别为88.8%、70.4%。研究组FSH、LH及E_2分别为(1.32±0.49)IU/L、(2.08±0.39)IU/L及(13.03±1.68)pmol/L,对照组分别为(4.45±0.72)IU/L、(15.72±2.38)IU/L及(133.69±6.95)pmol/L。两组所有观察指标均具有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论短期营养不良可明显降低小白鼠获卵数及卵子成熟度,减弱卵母细胞的IVF能力。
Objective: To analyze the influence of starvation for short period on fertility of female mice. Methods: Forty female mice were randomized into study group starved for 36 hours and control group with normal diet before oocytes were picked up. The numbers, maturity and the cleavage rate of oocytes retrieved from study group were compared with those from control group. The follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and estrodiol (E2) levels in both groups were assayed before oocytes were picked up. Results: The numbers of oocytes retrieved were (2.80±1.24) in study group and (4.00±1.17) in control group. The release rate of first polar body and cleavage rate of oocytes were 12.5% and 14. 3% in study group, and 88.8% and 70. 4% in control group respectively. The FSH, LH and E2 levels were (1.32±0. 49) IU/L, (2.08±0.39) IU/L, (13.03±1.68) pmol/L in study group and (4. 45±0. 72) IU/L, (15.72±2. 38) IU/L, (133. 69 ±6. 95) pmol/L in control group respectively. All the parameters between two groups were very significantly different (P〈0.01). Conclusions: In mice, starvation for short period significantly reduced the numbers of oocytes retrieved and adversely affected the maturity and the cleavage rate of oocytes.
