曲面断层片上测量上颌前牙临床根冠比的可重复性及准确度

The reliability and validity of the measurement of clinical root-crown ratios of maxillary anterior teeth in panoramic radiographs

目的评价在数字化曲面断层片上,利用灰度曲线辅助测量上颌前牙临床根冠比的可重复性及准确度。方法采用同一个体同时期CBCT临床根冠比数据为金标准,比较不同测量者曲面断层片上临床根冠比数据。测量方法采用自行开发的软件,利用灰度曲线辅助定点和计算。对数据进行统计学处理及相关分析。结果临床根冠比在不同测量者之间的相关系数为0.96,结果无显著性差异。两组曲面断层片临床根冠比数据和CBCT临床根冠比数据相关系数为0.922和0.883,无显著性差异。结论数字化曲面断层片灰度曲线辅助测量临床根冠比,具有较好的准确度及可重复性。

Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the measurement of clinical root-crown ratios of maxillary anterior teeth in panoramic radiographs assisted by the auxiliary grayscale curve software.Methods The clinical root-crown ratio in panoramic radiographs of 86 maxillary anterior teeth was measured and compared with the simultaneous CBCT data of the same patient by different investigators with the auxiliary grayscale curve software.The data was statistically analyzed.Results The correlative index between the measurements by different investigators was 0.96,and the difference was not significant.The correlative indexes between the measurements of the panoramic radiographs and CBCT were 0.922 and 0.883 respectively,and the differences were not significant.Conclusion The measurement of clinical root-crown ratios of maxillary anterior teeth in panoramic radiographs with the auxiliary grayscale curve software shows sufficient reliability and validity.
