摘要
本文首先分析了当前保障性住房建设中存在的一些问题,通过研究南方丘陵地区保障性住房设计的多种因素,如气候特点、地貌特征、人文要素、住房性质和供给对象等,提炼出适合本地气候和地形特点的保障性住房设计策略,对当前的保障性住房设计具有一定参考价值。
In this paper,some current problems in the construction of indemnificatory housing are analyzed.With analyzing the factors which influence the design of indemnificatory housing in southern hilly region,such as climate,landscape,the cultural features,housing nature and the people who was supplied for and so on,a design strategy which is suitable for the local climate and terrain was summarized.It may be useful for indemnificatory housing design.
