Advances of ultrasound in diagnosis of plasma cell mastitis

浆细胞性乳腺炎是女性常见疾病之一,不同病程患者,其超声表现不同。根据常规超声表现主要分为单纯导管扩张型、囊肿型、实性团块型、囊实混合型及脓肿型。急性期血流信号丰富,慢性期血流信号可不丰富。需与乳腺癌、乳腺囊性增生等多种疾病相鉴别。本文就浆细胞性乳腺炎的超声诊断进展予以综述。

Plasma cell mastitis is one of the most common diseases in women, different course of the disease has different ultrasonic manifestations. It is divided into mammary duct ectasia type, cystic type, solid mass type, cystic-solid mass type and abscess type according to main two-dimensional uhrasound features. The blood flow signals are abundant in acute stage,but less in chronic stage. It is needed to differentiate plasma cell mastitis from breast carcinoma and breast cystic hyperplasia . This article reviews the advances of ultrasound in diagnosis of plasma cell mastitis.
