带附加气室空气弹簧性能试验系统的搭建与试验研究 被引量:22

摘要 针对主、附气室通过管路连接的空气弹簧工作过程复杂性及其特殊的非线性,搭建带附加气室空气弹簧特性试验系统,进行不同附加气室容积和不同连接管路直径的空气弹簧特性试验研究;设计出基于LabView的测试软件,通过数据采集系统测得弹簧作用力、弹簧位移和弹簧内部气体压力;针对四种容积的附加气室、四种内径的连接管路和四种初始气压在0.5~10.0 Hz激振频率范围内对空气弹簧特性进行台架试验,试验分析各影响因素对弹簧特性的影响规律,并探讨各因素的影响机理。试验结果表明,试验的可变因素对空气弹簧特性具有不同程度的影响:附加气室容积和连接管路管径的增大会降低空气弹簧的动刚度,但附加气室容积对动刚度的影响程度还受主附气室容积比的影响;弹簧内初始气压和激振频率的增加会增大弹簧动刚度,台架试验可以为带附加气室空气弹簧的设计及应用提供依据。 In view of work process complexity of the air spring with auxiliary chamber connected with pipe and its special non-linear,characteristics,a test-platform for the air spring with auxiliary chamber is developed.The characteristics of air spring with different chamber or different pipe are tested.And test software based on LabView is developed.Spring force,displacement and internal air pressure can be measured with data acquisition systems.The dynamic characteristics of air spring with 4 different volume chambers,4 different connecting pipe diameters and 4 different pressures inside air spring in exciting frequency range of 0.5~10.0 Hz are tested.An experimental analysis is carried out to find out the influence of the involved factors on the characteristics of the spring,and the influencing mechanism is analyzed.The experimental results show that testing variables have different influence on characteristics of air spring: As the volume of the auxiliary chamber and diameter of the connecting pipe increase,the spring dynamic stiffness will decrease accordingly,however,when the auxiliary volume differs,how much can it influence the spring dynamic stiffness still depends on the volume rate between the air spring and the auxiliary chamber;and the spring dynamic stiffness will rise with the initial pressure in the air spring and the excitation frequency increase.So the bench test can provide a basis for the design and the application of air spring with auxiliary chamber.
