先天性心脏病患者数量皮纹学特征分析

Analyses on quantitative dermatoglyphics in individuals with congenital heart diseases

研究数量皮纹学参数在先天性心脏病患者中的分布特征。方法：采用随机整体抽样的方法分析先天性心脏病患者和正常对照人群指纹及掌纹多项指标。结果：先天性心脏病患者组与正常对照组在第3、4、5指纹嵴线数、总指纹嵴线数、a-b间距值及变异型掌褶纹的出现率差异有统计学意义。结论：先天性心脏病患者皮纹变异明显，主要表现为atd角增大，a-b嵴线数降低，以及较高的变异型掌褶纹出现率。

To investigate the characteristics of quantitative dermatoglyphics parameters in individuals with con- genital heart diseases （CHD） from Ningxia, China. Methods： Cluster random sampling was conducted among 129 CHDs （59 males and 70 females） and 133 healthy controls （69 males and 64 females）, and then the dermatoglyphic counts between them were analyzed. Results： There was a significant difference in FRC Ⅲ, FRC IV, FRC V, TFRC, a-b distance and the frequency of abnormal flexion crease between CHD patients and health controls. Conclusion： CHD patients have abnormal dermatoglyphics, including increased atd angle, decreased a-bRC and increased abnormal flexion crease.
